Usage data

Usage data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include your device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

4. Third-party service providers

We use trusted service providers to run ExportApollo. Each one only gets the data it needs for its job and may only use it to provide that service to us:

  • Hosting and storage: our servers, databases, file storage and encrypted backups.
  • Network and security: domain name system, traffic delivery and protection against attacks.
  • Payments: card payments and billing. We do not store your full card number.
  • Email delivery: sign-in codes, receipts and list notifications.
  • Customer support: live chat and the account details our team needs to help you.
  • Order fulfilment: preparing the lists you order.
  • Product analytics: PostHog (US hosting) records how the dashboard is used, including session recordings with form inputs masked, so we can improve the product.
  • Sign-in: signing in with a third-party account such as Google, if you choose to.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data. A list of the providers we use is available on request.

5. Data sharing

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • With service providers: To monitor and analyze use of our Service and process payments.
  • For business transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
  • With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.
